ReSume | Volunteer Inquiry

ReSume asks that we consider the inequities in the pipeline to landing a job in each of our industries. When we think about diversity in the work force, in the people we see around us daily, progress can often start at the simple decision to move a resume on for further consideration.

We know that there are often unspoken rules in getting your resume from the “No” pile to the “Yes” pile, and we want to pass it forward. We’ll be working with our partner schools, organizations, and their communities to collect and distribute resumes to our volunteers for review. 

A simple resume review and a positive note of reinforcement could resume a job search with greater success.
